Training isn't meant to last forever. In an ideal world you'll get everything you need from me, as well as others, and develop a sense of self-sufficiency that didn't have previously.

It's like learning a language - you take lessons until you become fluent. My hope is that if we are at this page you feel that you've become fluent in the language of health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, and self-confidence. I hope that I was a catalyst in your expansion into a new, and better, you.
